How long is an Arc?

The default Arc is 180 days. Shorter and longer programs can be enrolled by mentors.

No. You set your own daily study target during onboarding and can change it. Your score compares you to your own goals.

Do I need to manually enter everything?

No. Use the study timer or Pomodoro for automatic tracking, or quickly add hours studied elsewhere. Workouts, water, nutrition and sleep remain single taps.

Is exercise mandatory?

Physical activity is one of the four pillars, but you define what counts - a 20-minute walk is a valid goal.

How is XP calculated?

Nothing is deleted. XP, levels and achievements are permanent. A Comeback Quest unlocks and your Arc restores as you resume.
