Copyright and IP Policy

Ownership

The Final Bunker and ARC OS, including the name, logo, wordmarks, taglines, visual design, illustrations, mascot artwork, copywriting, product structure, quest and progression systems, scoring logic, source code and all other platform material, are owned by The Final Bunker and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do

• Use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial preparation.
• Share screenshots of your own progress, with credit to The Final Bunker.

What you may not do

• Copy, clone, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the platform.
• Reproduce the branding, artwork or copy in your own product, batch or service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or extract data, code or design systems from the platform.
• Use the name or logo in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement.

Your content

Anything you write, log or post stays yours. By posting in community spaces you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, store and moderate that content so the platform can function. You can ask for your content to be removed at any time.

Third party names

Any third party names or marks referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Reporting infringement

If you believe your work has been used here without permission, contact us with a description of the work, the exact location on the platform, your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review and remove infringing material where the claim is valid.
