Pricing and Refund Policy

Access

Access to The Final Bunker is sold as an Arc cycle of 180 days. The current price, currency and any applicable taxes are always shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change for new purchases at any time, but a change never affects an Arc you have already paid for.

Billing

• Payment is taken in full at the start of your Arc.
• Your access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Payments are processed by a third party payment provider. We never store card details.
• You are responsible for entering correct billing and contact information.

Refund policy: no refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits or transfers once access has been granted. This includes, without limitation:

• Change of mind, or deciding the platform is not for you.
• Not using the platform, or using it less than you planned.
• Breaking your streak, abandoning your Arc, or restarting it.
• Exam results, postponements, attempt changes or personal circumstances.
• Removal from community spaces for breaking the rules.

The Final Bunker is a self-discipline system. What you get out of it depends on you showing up, which is exactly why access is non-refundable. Read this page and the Disclaimer before you pay.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged twice for the same Arc, or charged without receiving access, contact us with your payment reference and we will verify and return the incorrect amount. This is the only situation in which money is returned.

Cancellation

You can stop using the platform or ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Stopping does not create a refund for the remaining days of your Arc.

Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in immediate loss of access to the platform and all community spaces.
